Please can you ensure that no swimmer on your team sheet has achieved a Midland / Regional time since the 1st October 2022 until now. It does not matter if the time has been achieved in the Mercian League, or at an open meet since the cut off for the regional times – it still means they cannot swim tomorrow night.

This means they are too good a swimmer to take part in this league 🙂
